Description
• Reporting to our dynamic CFO, you will work closely together to deliver outstanding financial support to the rest of our fast-growing organisation. • You will be a capable Head of Financial Control who has end to end experience leading lean functions and driving change, and the role will be an ideal development space for future CFOs. • Additionally, you will need to be confident in leading and managing finance transformation projects.
Requirements
• Qualified Accountant with experience in a senior Financial Control position, ideally in a data intensive, D2C environment. • Strong financial acumen, with a deep understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations. • Able to ‘roll up your sleeves’ when needed, and be comfortable working as part of the team as well as working autonomously. • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. • Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically, anticipate challenges, and drive innovative solutions. • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in financial software and project management tools. • Ability to build best in class finance functions from the ground up
