• Growing and future proofing existing FH client relationships by delivering innovative social and digital ideation and activations for our clients • Unlocking new business opportunities and relationships for FH by contributing social and digital thinking to pitches and existing clients • Championing social and digital innovation within the agency by sharing knowledge and inspiration from the wider industry landscape • Provide expert strategic counsel to internal and external stakeholders on all aspects of social and digital communications. • Develop and implement best in class social and digital strategies for clients across various industries. • Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality, engaging content tailored to each client's brand and audience. • Scope and manage social and digital projects based on timeframes and objectives with accuracy on hours, skillsets and deliverables • Analyse social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies. • Produce and analyse a variety of data driven reports on performance across organic and paid, and sometimes on budgets, hours, and burn through • Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams, acting as the primary point of contact for social media-related matters. • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the agency’s growth by pitching social media services to prospective clients. • Monitor social platforms and digital trends, tools, and applications to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
• You’re steeped in internet culture, and passionate about all things social and digital Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns. • Strong understanding of various social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. • Broader knowledge of the digital ecosystem i.e. websites, programmatic and display, mobile, search & SEO • Background in b2b/corporate social and digital comms an advantage • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and articulate ideas clearly. • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics). • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying current with industry trends. • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a talent for managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
