Description

• Support planning and leadership across Kenvue and Equinor ASA. • Manage a small team comprising an Account Manager and an Account Executive. • Inspire the team, by leading by example, and providing clear direction. • Provide strategic POVs and recommendations to clients. • Champion innovative media solutions in every media plan. • Work with the team to create effective and innovative pan-regional campaigns.

Requirements

• Previous experience in account management as well as strategy. • Strong project management skills • Confidently challenge and question assumptions. • Solid understanding of offline and digital media channels. • Previous experience agency-side in an international or local media agency role. • Presentation skills; able to present to senior-level clients. • Comfortable working with corporate clients. • Super interpersonal skills to build excellent working relationships. • Understanding of Media Markets across key EMEA markets.
