Description
• Lead product strategy and development for client projects, primarily in the public sector • Conduct market research and user analysis to inform product decisions • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, balancing client needs with technical feasibility • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products • Facilitate workshops and presentations to stakeholders at various levels • Drive innovation and challenge conventional thinking in product development
Requirements
• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in the public sector • Proven track record of successfully delivering digital products or services • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, adept at setting and sharing product vision • Experience in Agile methodologies and product development frameworks • Adaptability to work across various domains and industries • Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management and influencing decision-makers • Ability to balance quantitative analysis with user insights and research • Experience in facilitating strategic planning sessions and creating compelling roadmaps
