Description

• In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving innovation, working closely with diverse internal teams and clients to deliver impactful products. • You'll lead the product backlog, collaborate with a talented development team, and shape the product roadmap to meet business goals and client needs. • Actively participate within an agile framework, participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. • Collaborate with the development team, leveraging your experience in mobile and web app development. • Build and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring continuous product improvement and timely feature delivery. • Effectively communicate with both clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity in project goals, timelines, and deliverables. • Work closely with design teams to ensure that the user experience and interface are intuitive, efficient, and meet client needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in a tech business, ideally with client-facing responsibilities. • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, including backlog management, user story creation, and sprint planning. • Hands-on experience with app development projects, with a good grasp of technical concepts such as APIs and system integrations. • A solid understanding of UX/UI principles to guide the development of user-friendly products. • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple client dependencies while maintaining an ongoing product roadmap. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — able to communicate clearly and effectively with both clients and internal teams. • Strong team player with the ability to foster a collaborative and positive working environment.
