• Lead scaling and optimisation of operations functions at Eucalyptus. • Analyse problems, design solutions and execute as Operations Manager. • Spearhead teams in the UK to scale tele-health operation. • Ensure high quality interactions and maintain safety standards. • Coordinate resources for critical BAU and spearhead improvement projects.
• At least 5+ years in consulting, technology, venture capital and/or start-up space (particularly in operational role). • A skilled problem solver: Robust analytical capabilities & attention to detail. • Manage many things at once: Strong ability to prioritise and communicate with key stakeholders. • Executional powerhouse: Achieving strategy through flawless execution requires good judgment. • Team player: Ready to help others, motivating the team and prioritising tasks. • Strong generalist toolkit: Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communications skills.
