• Develop and execute the annual Demand Generation plan to drive growth and capture demand through a mix of digital and traditional marketing activities. • Utilise internal expertise to re-purpose existing content and collaborate on creating new material that resonates with our ICPs. • Ensure accurate alignment with ICPs through regular data health checks and validation. • Design a coherent sequence of touchpoints reflecting customer buying preferences. • Optimise and manage our technology platforms, including HubSpot and the website, to automate activities and enhance demand generation efforts. • Manage and optimise the marketing budget to achieve maximum results. • Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of demand generation campaigns, using KPIs to inform decisions and improve future strategies. • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, to drive innovative marketing solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in performance marketing and multi-channel campaign execution • A relevant marketing or demand generation qualification (e.g., IDM Awards) is essential. • A higher qualification (e.g., IDM Marketing Diploma) is desirable. • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot for marketing automation and campaign management. • Experience in managing and optimising a multi-language website. • Data-driven with strong analytical abilities to measure campaign performance and make informed decisions. • Ability to create new content to ensure ongoing engagement.
