• Responsible for supporting UKTV’s performance marketing efforts. • Involves developing and executing data-driven campaigns to optimise audience acquisition, engagement, and retention, • Delivering overall business growth with a focus on on-demand viewing. • Support the Performance Marketing Team to develop and implement strategies that drive conversion across various channels.
• Some experience in a similar performance role, although broadcast experience is not a requirement. • A digital native fluent in digital marketing tools and emerging technologies. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Takes a proactive and flexible approach to work and is comfortable in a dynamic environment with constantly changing priorities. • Will be comfortable with the role being varied and can often involve tight deadlines. • An active interest in the marketing innovations happening inside and outside of the entertainment sector. • Will have excellent attention to detail. • Will be an excellent communicator. • Passionate about performance and conversion marketing and comfortable dealing with data. • Will thrive working in a collaborative and inclusive way. • Should be able to influence and persuade, using their meaningful relationships to drive business growth through UKTV’s marketing.
