• This role sits within the Performance Marketing function of the UK&I Marketing team here at Deliveroo. • The team’s focus is driving business growth and managing best in class channel planning, • strategy and execution through Video, Display & Paid Social. • The role will be primarily focused on the end-to-end management from strategy to execution for Video, • Display and Youtube in Google Ads/DV360. • The role will report into the Senior Digital Marketing Manager of UK&I Performance Marketing.
• 3-4+ years experience in planning and execution, in particular expertise activating on Google Ads/DV360 and specifically Youtube. • Good knowledge of the Display and Video media ecosystem and DSPs. • Proven track record in launching consumer-facing campaigns, preferably within a high-growth D2C brand. • Basic problem-solving skills, structuring arguments well and finding solutions. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.. • Basic quantitative analytical skills utilised for reporting and to set up tests/experiments. • Understanding of conversion tracking and tagging tools to track and measure campaign effectiveness. • Experience with Paid Social is highly advantageous.
