• Manage relations with grocery partners. • Drive partner performance and growth via proactive reporting. • Manage marketing and promotions for grocery partners. • Develop an attractive value proposition for customers. • Own grocery site roll-outs and expansion coverage. • Represent Deliveroo within partner organisations.
• 4-5 years’ experience in account management or commercial role, preferably in grocery retail. • Effective relationship building, organisation and communication skills. • Confident in working with and analysing data for performance improvements. • Ability to create ideas and strategies for business growth. • Collaborative team player who works effectively with all levels of Deliveroo. • Experience in a dynamic high-growth company is preferable.
