Description

• Assist Payroll Lead with UK payroll processing using Workday • Liaise with HR to collect payroll data • Collect and input timekeeping information • Review payroll data submissions • Handle employee queries • Prepare payments to HMRC and 3rd parties • Participate in vendor discussions regarding payrolls • Run payroll reports and assist with reconciliations • Assist with team initiatives and projects as needed

Requirements

• Passion for food • Strong Payroll experience in a similar role • Solid functional knowledge of payroll processes and regulations • Excellent analytical skill • Solid understanding of UK payroll legislation, Tax, NIC • Capable of working independently and as a member of the team • Strong organisational and time management skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Uses initiative to solve problems • Questions the why and the how • Strong knowledge of Excel • Ideally have Workday payroll processing experience
