• Are you ready to join a dynamic and rapidly growing company? Multiverse is on the lookout for a highly organised and detail-oriented Global Payroll Manager to join our People Operations team • You will work closely with our Finance team and you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, compliance with federal and state regulations, and ensuring all payroll-related transactions are recorded properly in the accounting system • With a global reach you will manage payroll for our diverse and international team, ensuring our employees are supported no matter where they are • This is a critical role that offers plenty of opportunities for professional growth and career advancement

Requirements

• Qualified in either Payroll or Accounting (ideally with CIPP or CPP Qualified) • Minimum of 5 years of experience in global payroll processing and management (UK and US key regions) • Strong knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations • Experience with payroll software and accounting systems • Ability to build Key relationships in Finance, People Partners, Legal • Excellent organisational and communication skills • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and the ability to work to strict deadlines • Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team • Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information and work with the utmost integrity
