• Manage all financial aspects related to the account, including purchase orders (POs), invoices, billing, and purchasing. • Ensure that all financial transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with the specified approval processes. • Monitor and control outgoing costs, ensuring that expenditures are within budget and approved by the relevant stakeholders. • Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management and the client, providing clear visibility into financial performance. • Collaborate with the client’s finance team to ensure that all financial processes are aligned and transparent. • Implement and manage financial controls to prevent overspending and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. • Address any financial queries or issues raised by the client, providing prompt and accurate resolutions.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably within a service-oriented industry. • Strong knowledge of financial processes, controls, and reporting. • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail. • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and clients. • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
