• Advising on AI-related legislation impacts across jurisdictions. • Working with the policy team for public consultation responses. • Researching governance structures and advising stakeholders. • Partnering with teams to implement best practices. • Advising management on product launch risks. • Considering regulatory regimes and compliance implications. • Identifying legal considerations around data usage. • Advising on current and future AI regulatory landscape. • Considering liability regimes for AI technology. • Developing regulatory positions with the policy team. • Advising on lobbying restrictions and requirements.
Requirements
• 5+ years experience in private practice and/or in-house. • Qualified solicitor in England and Wales (preferred).
