Requirements

• Proven experience to drive cross-selling within a business. • Be comfortable achieving cross-sell targets on a monthly basis. • Experience in a Team Leader/Manager type role is essential. • Experience leading teams in a Service and/or Sales environment, Telecom’s experience is preferred but not essential. • Ability to drive the team with cross-selling at every opportunity. • Feedback, coaching and development techniques. • A keen eye for positive customer experiences and to articulate potential improvements.
