• Serve as primary contact for Managed Accounts Receivable (AR) client sponsor activities • Identify customer-desired outcomes and metrics, establish success roadmaps • Cultivate executive relationships • Monitor customer health indicators • Develop action plans and initiatives • Inform management of account risks, health concerns • Conduct routine business reviews with customer executives • Develop and maintain playbook documentation • Identify and track KPIs aligned with client objectives • Maintain open communication with teams • Drive customer advocacy • Contribute to projects • Collaborate with Product and Development and Sales team
• Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field or comparable work experience • 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success Management or Account Management role • 4+ years of experience in a SaaS environment • Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Technical problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication skills • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint • Influencing and negotiation skills • Positive attitude and team player mindset • Ability to travel up to 15%
