Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field • At least 2 years of experience in customer success operations or general operations within a SaaS organization • Proven experience in using CRM and customer success tools (e.g., Catalyst, Gainsight, Totango) • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
