Description
• Owning and driving strong client relationships by implementing best practices for client success • Gathering and analyzing data to assess client health and drive product adoption and growth • Establishing consistent touch points with clients and collaborating with Product and Client Experience teams • Identifying additional revenue opportunities by understanding client growth potential
Requirements
• Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within a financial SaaS or RegTech company • Strong understanding of client management systems, processes, and metrics • Proactive, resourceful mindset focused on delivering value and enhancing client relationships • Ability to learn technical and financial knowledge related to FundApps • Ability to adapt to change quickly and handle a fast-paced, challenging environment • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a solutions-focused attitude • Bonus: Experience working with asset managers, hedge funds, pension funds, or banks • Bonus: Understanding of financial regulation, specifically Shareholding Disclosure regulation • Bonus: Conversational ability in a European language like French, German, or Dutch
