Description

• We are looking for an ambitious and talented Financial Accountant to join our UK Finance Team • This role is important in our Finance team, and you will play a key part in ensuring the financial records of the Group are accurate, complete, and reliable. • As a Financial Accountant, you will get involved in: • Month-end responsibilities such as journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations • Variance analysis, presenting, understanding, and explaining month-on-month changes • Maintenance of the fixed asset register • Involvement in the annual financial audit and tax reporting • Producing technical papers and implementing and upholding financial accounting policies • The implementation of new finance systems • Collaborating with other members of the Finance team and other stakeholders • Other ad-hoc tasks and process improvement projects

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar fast-paced environment • Accounting & Finance or a similar degree • Meticulous attention to detail • Excellent communication and organisational skills • Good Excel/Google Sheets skills • Nice to have: Xero experience • Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA
