Description
• Manage all accounting operations including Employment Cost Accounting • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts • Prepare and publish timely monthly management accounts • Assisting in the preparation of annual statutory accounts • Research technical accounting issues for compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS) • Preparing and reviewing monthly balance sheet reconciliations • Prepare for, manage, and oversee annual audits • Manage and comply with Company tax filings • Liaising with the People & Culture team • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies • Review and manage the performance of the company’s accounting services providers • Provide cover and assistance to the wider finance team
Requirements
• ACCA/ACA qualified with demonstrable experience in a Financial Accountant role • Exceptional attention to detail • Excellent organisational and communication skills • Effective time management and prioritisation skills
