Description
• Join a growing finance team at Monzo as a Finance Business Partner • Manage P&L and Balance Sheet to aid strategic decisions • Partner across the business to support growth aspirations • Focus on forecasting, analysis, and developing strategic initiatives
Requirements
• Demonstrable experience in finance business partnering • Relevant professional qualification • Strong financial modelling experience (advanced Excel/Google Sheets) • Great analytical and problem-solving skills • Good interpersonal and influencing skills • Ability to confidently present data • Experience building strong relationships with stakeholders • Experience building business cases and presenting investment choices • Ability to be hands-on and support colleagues and projects • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills • Demonstrable SQL and data analysis experience
