Description
• Civica has embarked on a Go-To-Market transformation to build a best-in-class commercial organisation and deliver accelerated growth as we build the Global GovTech champion. • Seeking an experienced and dynamic sales enablement business partner. • Responsible for all aspects of sales enablement – strategy, development, delivery, measurement and roadmap of sales enablement at Civica.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales productivity, Sales Management. • Proven track record of delivering improved learning outcomes with large scale and cross functional teams. • Strategic thinking, clear vision for go to market enablement, combined with problem-solving ability • Strong influencing and relationship building skills • Compelling and engaging story-telling skills including experience of public speaking • Data driven decision making, comfortable in utilising metrics and tools to inform decision making • Specific experience in the adoption and value realisation of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce Sales Cloud and Enablement platforms (preferred Seismic or HighSpot). • Passion for excellence and improvement and a bias for action
