Description
• Lead stakeholder discussions and define project scope, timeline, and resource needs for all projects • Focus on all stages of project management with documentation of risks and dependencies • Champion, implement, and maintain standardized best practice project management tools • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures relating to project management • Proactively monitor project needs and effectively lead the project team • Anticipate, mitigate, and manage dependencies and risks • Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members • Create detailed progress reports and engage with key stakeholders • Drive decision-making around projects with key stakeholder involvement • Identify and establish working groups to support each project • Manage utilization of project tools and continuously update project plans • Manage relationships with the PMO Manager and stakeholders • Produce clear and accurate minutes of key project meetings
Requirements
• Experience in risk, regulatory and compliance projects within Financial Services (ideally banking or insurance) • Immediately available to start or within one month's notice
