Description
• We’re seeking a dynamic and results-oriented sales leader to drive our expansion into the automotive retail market • As a player-coach, you'll combine strategic leadership with hands-on sales execution • You’ll be at the forefront of forging and maintaining strategic partnerships with leading automotive retail groups while mentoring and motivating your team to achieve exceptional results • Carwow is a high-growth company, and you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy and culture • You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our value proposition resonates with both potential and existing partners • Your success will be instrumental in accelerating our success and driving the adoption of our innovative products and services
Requirements
• Proven track record in sales leadership and individual sales contributions within the automotive retail industry • Strong understanding of the automotive retail landscape and dealership operations; ideally having sold into car dealerships groups at all levels • Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Strong negotiation and closing skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
