🔄 Hybrid – Bristol
• This role is responsible for selling our product. • We already have a clear path to market (target audience, value proposition, commercial offer), and we need someone to take this and make it happen. • From pipeline creation, bid preparation to closing the deal. • Refine the customer value proposition and commercial package • Manage the sales cycle • Report, measure and update • Build a sales process that allows for and enables the customer feedback
• Mid level role, you have already delivered as a Sales Lead with proven results. • Experience building a pipeline from scratch • Experience writing sales documentation and working with the wider team (marketing & operations) to create a unified customer journey • Experience using a CRM (hubspot or equivalent) to manage the process. • Communication; we’d like team members able to communicate clearly and effectively • Ownership; you will need to own your subject area and its delivery • Humility; we’re going to move fast and make mistakes, we’re looking for someone who can own their mistakes and learn from them.
