Description
• Working alongside the Senior Operations Manager and line managing the Senior operations Executive • Responsible for the office management and ensuring the office is well functioning • Identify ways to improve the office experience through facilities, health and safety and Cyber/IT support solutions • Key point of contact for Operational matters
Requirements
• 5 years’ experience in Office/facilities management • Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Outlook and Excel skill • Advanced knowledge of Office 365 system and cloud based systems • First Aid and Fire Marshall certification • IOSH/NEBOSH certification • Strong line management skills • Previous experience with Cyber Essentials accreditation • Diverse technology competencies and an Interest in IT/digital implementation and support • Understanding of budget/reforecasting experience
