Description
• Own the end-to-end finance function for a high-growth SaaS business • Engage with the Board and provide regular updates on financial performance • Oversee financial control systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance • Manage and optimise working capital and treasury • Support in building GenAI enabled tech businesses
Requirements
• Qualified accountant (+7 years PQE) • Experience as a FD/Head of Finance/Financial Controller/Head of FP&A in leading an end-to-end Finance function, sector experience in B2B SaaS is preferred but not essential • Proven success serving as a true business partner to executive teams within a high-growth company • Experience identifying business opportunities, analysing the competitive landscape, and developing financial models that are consistent with the company’s overall strategy • Possess the business acumen and broad financial perspective to act as a strategic sounding board to the Senior Management Team
