• Run a Strategic territory, including territory and account management to identify and build opportunities to grow your business by applying a strategic, detail-oriented approach. • Building and maintaining a pipeline within existing accounts on a continuous basis. • Demonstrate and sell high-ROI software solutions to C level stakeholders, navigating complex sales cycles, building consensus across multiple business units and successfully driving sales processes to close • Manage all strategic and commercial aspects of the relationship, to make the client successful with all Bazaarvoice products and service and to nurture and grow the Bazaarvoice relationship • Confidently lead a sales cycle and collaborate internally with various teams to close business (pre-sales, marketing, product specialists etc.). • Ability to manage and grow the territory with accurate and realistic forecasting. • Ability to navigate and build champions across complex client organisations, tailoring strategy recommendations based on identified business needs
• 5+ years of account management or customer success in the ecommerce, digital or SaaS Industries • Follows a proven sales methodology. We use BANT which we’ll give you full training on, but we expect knowledge and experience of a recognised sales methodology. • Proven track-record of overachieving quota, and clear demonstrable experience of building champions in accounts to draft mutual close plans with the client. • Strong work ethic: self-motivated with an ability to learn quickly and hold yourself accountable to hitting quota • Clear and concise communication skills, as well as effectively listen with both clients and internal business partners • Fluent written and oral in English • Experience using SalesForce, Powerpoint &/or Excel • Experience in the Retail ecosystem • Full authorization to work in the EU or UK without any restrictions, sponsorship will not be provided.
