• Bring a strong desire to excel in a dynamic sales role. • Thrive in a high-energy selling environment, managing a significant volume of outbound activity. • Use your engaging communication skills to captivate clients and convey the value of BARBRI’s products. • Bring a high energy level and a positive demeanour to phone calls and meetings, engaging clients with your enthusiasm. • Understand and effectively communicate our product offerings, competitive advantages, and handle common questions with ease. • Leverage your excellent negotiation and influencing skills to close deals and build lasting client relationships. • Own your student enrolment target on a course-by-course basis and provide regular accurate forecasting. • Use and interrogate data to identify opportunities, highlight risks, and mitigate cancellations. • Follow established sales processes and best practices to achieve and exceed your targets. • Embrace the opportunity to grow and succeed in our fast-paced sales environment. Your willingness to learn is key. • Possess a solid understanding of general business processes and principles to connect with clients and their needs. • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager, including presentations on sales attainment during quarterly check-ins • Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network, learn, and promote BARBRI’s products and services.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of extensive experience in sales with a demonstrable track record in both inbound and outbound sales, including achieving and exceeding targets • Ambitious, results-driven, and self-motivated, with the ability to lead by example, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for clear, persuasive, and influential dialogue • Strong capability to negotiate, build rapport, and sustain long-term relationships with clients • Highly professional demeanour, taking pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining a positive reputation. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. • Supportive team player with outstanding organisational and time management skills, able to coordinate and manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM, with a solid understanding of its functionalities and best practices • Proficient in using call management software; experience with Five9 software is particularly advantageous. • Willingness and ability to travel as required to meet business needs. • Previous experience and success using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator is highly desirable • Experience in the education or training sector would be beneficial • Additional languages would be beneficial but not essential
