Description

•Support Financial Planners with annual client reviews •Prepare client valuations •Liaise with internal and external contacts and clients •Produce valuations, process letters of authority, keep CRM system up to date •Learn the business from the ground up

Requirements

•Experience working within an IFA firm or similar is ideal •Strong administrative skills •Working knowledge of XPlan or Intelligent Office or other financial services database/CRM is desirable •Intermediate Excel skills - V:lookups, Pivot tables •Comfortable answering questions on the phone •Excellent prioritisation skills •Smart and ambitious graduate, ex-apprentice or early careers
