• This is a Business Partner role primarily to support the Infrastructure team to ensure they are well supported as they work with customers to develop Vertiports around the world. • Development project accounting – working with Development Managers to prepare budgets, provide cashflow forecast and KPI reporting. • Lead the financial planning and analysis process for property development projects, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. • Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. • Conduct financial modelling to evaluate potential development opportunities and assess project feasibility. • Provide accurate and timely financial reports to senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and risks. • Oversee the financial aspects of all development projects, from initial investment appraisal through to project completion. • Monitor project cash flows, ensuring sufficient liquidity and optimizing financing structures. • Coordinate with project managers to track costs, revenues, and overall financial performance, addressing any variances or issues promptly. • Manage relationships with lenders, investors and other financial stakeholders to secure funding, ensure compliance with financial covenants and provide timely and accurate reporting to them. • Partner with the Infrastructure team to assess new opportunities and contribute to strategic decision-making. • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support investment decisions, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations. • Evaluate the financial impact of proposed business strategies and ensure alignment with long-term company objectives. • Support the production of consolidated monthly accounts from different systems internationally, including multiple subsidiaries and joint ventures. • Liaise with international accountants to ensure their outputs are timely, robust and consistent with group accounting policies and compliant with relevant reporting requirements. • Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks associated with property development projects. • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, standards, and internal policies.
• Qualified chartered or certified accountant with at least 5 years PQE. • A strong background in financial reporting and financial accounting, experience of working internationally preferred. • Strong sense of ownership, confidence in own abilities and decisions. • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to take action in a very fast-paced environment that has a constantly evolving set of priorities.
