Description

• As a Paid Search Account Manager, you will be managing the performance of paid search campaigns for clients. • You will support and oversee your team of Senior and Account Executives. • You will work with your team to manage the account and deliver performance against client business objectives. • You will fully utilise the available technology to deliver performance for clients. • Carry out daily diagnostics to ensure zero errors and maintain process adherence. • Find the insight that can help us fuel growth for clients through data examination. • Responsible for managing client’s budget on platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. • You will own presentations and meetings with clients, delegating elements to your team. • Collaborate with other teams to deliver projects. • The development of your team is a key indicator of your management success.

Requirements

• You never over-promise and under-deliver. Your work is to the highest standard, and always on time. • You are a self-starter with a passion for data and digital marketing. • Excellent paid search knowledge, with up-to-date certifications. • Operationally proficient with project management skills. You demonstrate a clear ability to manage multiple tasks and differing priorities, not only for yourself but for others. • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office such as Excel and PowerPoint. • Exceptional attention to detail. • An understanding of how to drive insights from data. You can focus on causation, not just correlation in data sets. • Evidence of being able to manage large multi-market clients and budget for Search. • Effective communicator. You will show an ability to be able to talk to clients about performance of accounts and optimisations. • Experience in line management and setting development plans for your direct reports. • Excellent knowledge of bid management platforms and other Paid Search technologies (Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, Search Ads 360, Adobe etc.). • You don’t shy away from taking ownership for you and your team’s output. You identify solutions to problems and are proactive to preventing issues.
