• Lead, own, and develop a partnership strategy that aligns with our overall EMEA business vision • Responsible for generating, activating, and managing partnerships in EMEA • Coordinate due diligence processes with prospective partners and collaborate with internal stakeholders across Commercial, Product and Legal • Responsible for the activation of partners, working with the EMEA Marketing and Sales teams to maximise commercial impact • Position as an industry expert and establish relationships with potential partners and key decision-makers in the industry • Represent Airwallex at events and conferences, as well as speak on relevant panels and webinars
• 5+ years of experience working in fintech or a high-growth environment (payments experience is a bonus) • Experience working with SaaS and technology companies and understand how to run product-led partnerships end-to-end • Demonstrable interest in the fintech, e-commerce, and/or travel sectors • An existing network of partners and founders that you have worked with in previous roles • Very comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (G-Suite, Looker) and building and delivering presentations for partners and clients • 5+ years of work experience in a partnership, strategy, or product role, preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced environment (Saas, fintech, or equivalent)
