Description
• Checking all customer documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. • Chasing active customer’s and lead generators to send us relevant documents in a timely and effective manner. • Proactively report back any queries/issues/delays to team and management. • Manage our department inbox. • Recording accurately all aspects of documentation for monitoring and reporting purposes. • Working as part of the team to assist in process improvement and implementation of new processes. • Work confidently in a fast-paced environment within KPI structure.
Requirements
