• Take inbound/make outbound calls to workers in order to book them into shifts • Be proactive and responsive in terms of query resolution and delivering high levels of customer service • Communicate to a high standard both verbally and written with key stakeholders • Establish relationships with workers and clients to promote our online ordering and booking platform • Join a global healthcare, staffing and life sciences company dedicated to improving lives.

Requirements

• Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills to deliver memorable top class customer service for our clients • Previous experience in administration, customer service or a healthcare setting • Thrive under pressure by proactively managing tasks, prioritising effectively in order to deliver on meeting strict deadlines and KPIS • Have good team working skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision whilst being able to prioritise and organise your workload. • Showcase a positive and engaging manner with the ability to solve problems effectively.
