Description

• Coordinate with training providers to book H&S training across all UK sites. • Schedule attendee lists, meetings rooms, travel arrangements and refreshments. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records. • Organise regular health surveillance and vaccinations for colleagues. • Schedule appointments, meeting rooms and attendee lists. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records. • Arrange meetings and take minutes for H&S meetings. • Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for colleagues, including senior management. • General office duties including answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents. • Maintain and update the H&S intranet page. • Support the H&S Manager with writing H&S policies and procedures.

Requirements

• GCSE’s (or equivalent) C/4 or above in English • Experience working in an administrative environment would be beneficial. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organisational and time management abilities. • Experience with Microsoft Office; including Outlook, Word and Excel. • A can-do, enthusiastic approach. • Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail. • Able to prioritise in a rapidly evolving environment. • The ability to be able to collaborate and work as part of a team. • Flexible and able to work independently. • A willingness to learn.
