Description
• Support in-house Patents and Trade Marks Team and outside counsel with all aspects of the patents and trade marks work • Day-to-day administration of the company’s international patents and trade mark portfolios • Maintain up-to-date records of the company’s registered IP • Docketing and monitoring of legal and internal deadlines • Handling communications in and out of the company’s Patents & Trade Marks department • Help to continually evolve systems and processes within the Patents & Trade Marks department • Collaborating closely with inventors, the Patents and Trade Marks team, and other teams within Pragmatic
Requirements
• Completed the CIPA Patent Administrators course • Completed the CIPA IP Paralegal course • At least 2 -3 years experience as an IP Administrator within a Patents department • High attention to detail and accuracy • Highly organised and able to organise others • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and through various media • Excellent written English and careful communicator particularly over email • Proactive and able to see problems or inefficiencies in existing ways of working and propose improvements
