Description
• Facilitate operations of patient-centric services • Provide support to outpatient clinical team • Manage appointment schedules and accurate patient records • Address patient dissatisfaction in a timely manner • Manage studies and develop relationships with patient participants
Requirements
• Proven experience in a customer service role • Strong organisational and time management skills • Ability to dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence • Experience in a customer service-oriented role is essential • Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
