Description
• Responsible for designing and implementing solutions for new clients • Onboard users and client data onto Addepar • Deliver high-value client outcomes • Manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle • Ensure retention of clients driven by high satisfaction • Lead scope change to deliver client outcomes • Comply with documentation standards • Own historical data conversions demonstrating best practices • Complete simultaneous projects effectively • Communicate project status to senior leadership • Improve current processes and tools • Minimise project effort through scalable processes • Own delivery assurance for third-party engagements • Be an expert on Addepar
Requirements
• Professional experience in Project management, Financial Services or Consulting preferred • Superior communication, organisational, and time-management skills • Understanding of historical data conversion methodologies or willingness to learn • Process-oriented with an eye toward continuous improvement • Independent, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Strong interpersonal skills to train and communicate effectively with clients • Passion for technology and finance • Occasional Travel • [Bonus] Previous experience in investment management software implementations • [Bonus] Previous experience with programming/scripting, specifically python • [Bonus] Previous experience with Salesforce
