• Predict customers likely to buy with 85% accuracy • Own high profile customer advisory relationships • Drive technical competency and ensure rapid deployment • Create customer success culture at 6sense • Manage happiness and renewal of assigned customers
• 3-5 years of Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting experience • Experience working with global 1000 enterprise customers • Experience advising customers including CxOs on SaaS platform usage • Experience working closely with B2B demand gen and sales operations • Led projects from conception to closure • Familiarity with Marketing Automation and CRM platforms • Strong analytical and communications skills • BA/BS degree required; Master degree preferred • Ability to travel to customer site (~30%)
