Description

• The Senior Publisher Success Manager is the day-to-day contact for a subset of premium publisher partners • This individual is essential to retaining Tier 1 and 2 accounts while unlocking their maximum revenue potential • This role is about building and maintaining meaningful relationships with Publisher clients through in-person meetings in and around London • Expected to be present in the London office a few times per week • GumGum fosters a flexible work environment, offering the ability to work either in-office or remotely/from home

Requirements

• BA/BS in Business (Advertising/Marketing) or equivalent experience • 4-6 years in digital media/ad tech, with experience in a network, exchange, or SSP environment • Account management experience in ad tech, creating client solutions • Proficient with JIRA, Zendesk, Google Sheets, ticketing systems, and data analysis • Strong understanding of the media industry, digital advertising, and ad tech • Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and GSuite (Jira & Google Ad Manager are a plus) • Clear communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve complex problems • Passionate about media, ad tech trends, and building lasting publisher partnerships
