Description
• Lead on recruitment and people planning • Learning and Development collaboration • Administer holiday/sickness/absence management • Develop HR policies and procedures • Manage Employee Assistance Programme • Ensure legislative compliance • Lead wellbeing initiatives • Manage visa processes • Provide employee relations support • Contribute to strategic HR direction • Provide advisory support to line managers • Carry out improvement projects
Requirements
• Experience working in a fast-paced office environment • Experience using HRIS and ATS • Possess strong IT skills, including outlook, excel, word and PowerPoint • Organised approach • Ability to work collaboratively • Carry out tasks effectively and efficiently, knowing when to seek support and advice. • GDPR and data processing experience • Previous experience in a consultancy business • Previous experience using PeopleHR and Teamtailor • Level 5 CIPD
