• Act as a senior partner to the senior leadership team, understanding business challenges and opportunities. • Lead change initiatives within the organization, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining engagement. • Build strong partnerships across the global and local organization to support cohesive People strategy. • Partner with stakeholders providing advice on People matters related to their team members. • Assist managers and leaders with performance management and career development of team members. • Lead execution of conflict resolution processes and discipline if necessary. • Proactively support global leads with local delivery of People programs. • Identify local compliance gaps, proposing and implementing necessary changes. • Monitor changes to local employment legislation and make compliance updates as applicable. • Consult and support development of organizational structure. • Support the local leadership team with business updates, data reporting, and organizational development. • Achieve global participation targets of People programs and initiatives. • Ensure data, policy and process delivery in partnership with People Ops team. • Support engagement metrics in partnership with People Experience Team. • Work with Rewards team on benchmarks for competitive offerings. • Ensure smooth recruitment processes in partnership with TA team.
• Fast thinker, adaptable and forward looking • Superior written and verbal communication skills. • Prior experience with HiBob. • Ability to build strong working relationships with designated ELT group(s) • Ability to prioritize and focus on outcomes • Commercial acumen and ability to minimise risks • Data driven decision making to prioritise people priorities • Solid experience working as a HRBP in UK & Ireland market
