• Bachelor’s degree in international development, communications, business administration, or a related field. • 6 months to 2 years’ experience in international development, proposal coordination, recruiting, or a related field. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment. • Willingness to occasionally work outside of regular business hours to meet proposal deadlines. • Knowledge of communications and campaigning, media development, and/or information integrity is preferred. • Knowledge of procurement processes, including those of the UK FCDO, USAID, and/or DOS is preferred.
