• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process • Coordinate interview process with candidates and hiring managers • Maintain Applicant Tracking System with accurate candidate information • Ensure positive candidate experience • Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates • Conduct initial phone screens with candidates • Help with branding activities such as blog posts, events, and social media
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or related field • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving • Ability to work independently and in a team • Ability and interest in working with quantitative data • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow • High interest in technology and AI desirable
