Description

• Support global recruitment and HR operations • Manage recruiting activities and communication with hiring managers • Foster a positive candidate experience during recruitment process • Ensure accurate data entry in HRIS system • Proactively source candidates and manage talent pools • Advise on employment law and support employee cases • Collaborate on HR operational projects • Assist payroll management and HR policy inquiries

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field • 1-2 years of operational HR experience • Good knowledge/understanding of employment law practices • You prioritize outstanding customer service • Team player, proactive and positive attitude • Strong sense of urgency and problem solving oriented • Written, verbal, interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced environment • Experience using an ATS and HRS to source, track, and manage candidates
