Description
• Senior Account Director position • Strategic oversight of client accounts • Active role in growing client portfolio and mentoring junior team members • Mix of clients including Coca-Cola, Amazon, Lenovo • Development of Corporate Reputation practice • Coaching and developing team members • Collaborative work with other teams in the agency
Requirements
• Corporate agency background, ideally with global experience • Client experience in FMCG, trade/stakeholder comms, issues and crisis, CSR/Sustainability • Experience in integrated campaign development, multi-market management, executive leadership profiling • Able to lead and motivate teams, maintain quality control across accounts • Confidence in delivering counsel to senior clients • Able to produce client plans and new business proposals • Have a sense of humour
