Description
• Generate introductions to new pharmacies and opticians who would benefit from Zen Locum • Qualify and nurture leads before handing them over to the sales team • Help to launch Zen Locum into new geographies • Test and learn with new outbound strategies • Work collaboratively with the sales, operations, and the technology team to continuously improve efficiency in delivering value to opticians and pharmacies • Get your hands dirty. Like any true start-up, no two weeks will be the same, and a general interest in mucking in and just getting the job done is crucial
Requirements
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets • Confident in developing outbound pipelines and handling objections • Growth Mindset - Adaptable and excited by the prospect of moving fast • You love to take ownership and want to grow with us! • Previous experience working with pharmacies or opticians is a plus but not essential
