• Provide solutions to written and verbal enquiries raised by customers. • Resolving specific customer accounts within agreed service level agreements. • Build strong relationships with other teams across the business. • Support the collection and maintenance of customer data. • Develop and maintain understanding of systems and processes. • Monitor, action and escalate issues appropriately. • Create accurate records for customer requests. • Liaise with non-customer facing teams. • Proactively recognise opportunities to take customer payments. • Proactively identify sales opportunities to renew/cross sell. • Ensure customer enquiries are managed within agreed timescales. • Managing any customer dissatisfactions.
