Requirements
ā¢ English & Maths Grade C/5 or above ā¢ Excellent listening skills with clear explanations and an empathetic approach ā¢ Excellent communication skills ā¢ Strong customer service background ā¢ Telephony experience desirable ā¢ Computer literate, numerate with good verbal and written skills ā¢ Problem Solving ā¢ Ability to multitask
